Dreams regulate the body and provide a way to envelop a person into their own imagination. Weston Smith’s latest album, ‘Deep Slumber’, shares the current path of his emotional battle with mental illness and the hope he has for a brighter future. This collection of songs will guide you through times of chaos and the slow rise to the light known as order.

Building off of Forest of Reflection, these new tracks weave a variety of tones together into a journey of the mind and body. With plenty of new sounds, ideas, and stories, lyrically and musically, ‘Deep Slumber’ aims to create an overall sense of tranquility for the listener.

A message from Weston - Mental health is a beast most people have to learn how to tame. For me, it’s an ongoing process. If you’re reading this and you haven’t taken the time to find something that can help you take a step forward when you really need to, please do so. Find something that makes you happy and pushes you to continue to learn and focus. You aren’t alone on this journey, that’s something I don’t always see myself, but it’s slowly becoming clear to me.
